During my initial phone conversation, I couldn't help but notice an unusual slowness in the representative's speech, which raised concerns about their level of comprehension. This experience led me to question their capability to provide effective representation in court. As someone who values clear and coherent communication, I believe there's room for improvement in this regard.

After a few preliminary intake questions I was transferred to Donald to discuss my vaccine injury. I immediately felt that I could finally take a deep breath because I found help.
