Getting into a severe accident that is completely someone else's fault is a tough experience. Winter of 2019 a commercial truck fell asleep at the wheel and slammed into me on a two lane road in the mountains rolling my Outback into a creek, totaling my brand new car and leaving me concussed and with back pain. The accident left me enraged, confused and anxious anytime I got into a vehicle. We got referred to Ramos Law from a family attorney out of state who promised us they would take care of us and the situation at hand. From the start they made the process simple and seamless. All I had to do was honestly answer some questions and they took care of the rest. My Attorney Nate Wright specifically was checking in and made himself available to me whenever I had questions. The dude was really rude on the phone the reviews don't match at all . The guy really didn't want to be otp I had a few questions wasn't no help at all. If u hate ur job get a new one periodt
