Colleen Calandra and Ramos Law are the epitome of a professional and caring legal team. My needs centered around an employment issue and my rights that were not being adhered to by my employer. Colleens proactive approach, timely and concise communication made the difference in navigating this difficult situation and ultimately lead to a positive outcome, all one could ask for. Ramos Law also offered a Covid pandemic town hall style open forum for other legal questions and was extremely helpful in assisting my family with some free legal guidance regarding a custody issue we were having. I want to give Ramos law and huge hand of applause. Myself and a few others were working for a company who said they “valued the work life balance”. When it came right down to it, the dollar was way more important then the employees well being. It’s very hard when you work for a couple bosses who lead you to believe that your not doing your job good enough that you need to close out for lunch but continue working. Mrs. Calandra saw through the smoke in the mirror to see what the employer was really like. It wasn’t that I couldn’t do my job, they just didn’t want to pay me for doing my job. Mathew was very helpful with my case against Bank of America and Chexsystem fraud even though it passed 2 years since they closed my account and reported me for a transaction that I disputed! Specially with the Covid19 going on we settled everything through phone calls and emails. He was very understanding with an Arabic Immigrant.

My fiancé went in to receive a consultation 10/21. He had to pay the fee of $150 upfront for a phone consultation. Although we thought it was high for a consult, we thought it would benefit in the end. Not to get into the reason as to why we sought out an attorney but I want to just leave this review so others can learn from our costly mistake. The female attorney he spoke to did not acknowledge nor have any empathy for what happened to him in his place of work. Even after he told her of the implications that has happened with his health and well being and his reputation. All she could say was just “get back to work and move on with your life.” This was just an outrageous comment! This aggravated him and I so much. To think this law firm was recommended to us, and to have this attorney tell him to basically disregard what has happened to him and not to mention his health and reputation and just move on?! The attorney he spoke to was Coleen Calandra. If this is how all these attorneys work, then I would seriously consider another law firm.

I engaged Matt Osborne, PC early last year after erroneous information was reported to and maintained on my credit files. Matt was able to successfully file suits in Federal court against a financial institution and the credit bureaus. Based on the circumstances, there was no upfront fee on my part. In the end, through his legal maneuvering and expertise, Matt and his firm were able obtain large settlements from each defendant. I was impressed by his knowledge, reputation, as well as his legal staff (Mike Noble). The process was very smooth. Based on Matt's obvious reputation within this type of law, the suits were never challenged by the multiple defense counsels. I highly recommend the law firm for any consumer need.

I highly recommend Ramos Law! Clark Litten basically gave me a huge peace of mind. I am completely happy with the way he handled my case, he is very friendly and understanding, has so much experience in his field that I highly recommend him! And his Paralegal Sharon McLay has been a tremendous help throughout the whole process as well, she has been very informative and responsive. They basically handled everything for me, all I had to really worry about was make it to all my appointments and provide any information when needed. This whole process has been one smooth sailing! I would definitely recommend Clark Litten as your lawyer and Sharon as your paralegal! My case was about work injury where I damaged my lower back from lifting heavy objects. I am a commercial plumber and have been injured twice, this case was about the latter. I decided to get a lawyer this time around because I didn’t do so the first time and ended up getting my case closed prematurely. My first injury was when I fell almost 20 feet off a ladder and landed on concrete ground, shattering my heel and cracking a bone in my wrist and had to have immediate surgery on both. This second time was lower back injury where I ended up having a surgery because I had a large herniation on my L5 lumbar disc, I decided to get a lawyer when I was having a hard time getting a hold of my Workmans Comp insurance, and as soon as Clark and Sharon took over, things started happening right on the spot! I was surprised at how much easier this whole thing ended up for me compared to the first time. I have finally reached my settlement and Clark was able to help me achieve the best possible outcome, and I was satisfied with how he handled it.
