Excellent Firm! Jason Landress is an amazing attorney!

Jason was professional and knowledgeable as he represented my case. He was assertive in his research efforts to assure I received the best possible representation before and during my court apperance. I was very satisified in his efforts and felt he was invested in my case. I would highly recommend his services.

I would not hire this guy! I have reason to believe he used someone i knew as a pawn to trade out a better plea for someone else. 40 year old woman no priors gets caught with miscellaneous pills. Old pills that had been forgotten type pills. 3 years probation, fines and the whole drug protocol. In my opinion dont waist your time or money this guy wont fight for you!

I highly recommend Susan Fuller and Associates and specifically Jason Landress. I live outside the state of Colorado and needed a lawyer for a very high conflict family law case. While it could be daunting to trust a lawyer to handle such important issues while across the country, Jason went above and beyond for my case. His knowledge, professionalism, and tenacity were evident in every step of my case. He was realistic and offered both pros and cons every step of the way, and consistently delivered results far beyond my expectations. I am beyond pleased with the results of my case, and would encourage anyone needing legal representation to consider this firm.

I hired Jason Landress with Susan Fuller and Associates and my first impression of Jason was that he was very personable which I appreciate. He has a sense of humor which was also appreciated during such an otherwise negative situation. At the end of the day, I came out of my experience getting everything I was looking for, thanks to Jason. He was professional and knowledgeable and was always looking out for my best interest. My first meeting with James & Susan was at one of the lowest points of my life; filing for divorce. Their professionalism is an excellent combination of intelligence, compassion and determination. Unfortunately my divorce was exceptionally volatile and soul wrenchingly trying, but James, Susan and the entire team were phenomenal in their support and direction. It was never about the money, it was always about what is best and just for my children and me. I watched or shall I say endured my ex going through three attorneys which only reinforced my trust and belief in James and Susan's integrity, professionalism and experience. It is bittersweet for me to no longer have a reason to interact and communicate with James & Susan and the rest of the team, but I am grateful for all they accomplished for me and especially how much they encouraged me to maintain my integrity and take the high road regardless of the actions from the other side of the table.

Let me start out by saying I love Susan Fuller and Associates! Everyone there is very kind and helpful. I couldn't be happier with a law firm. I came to Susan Fuller and Associates with a custody case. Where Susan introduced me to Jason. Jason helped me with an emergency motion to stop parenting time. Jason has been amazing throughout the whole process. He spoke with me a lot about the process. He spent time getting to know the background of my case ( I had a different attorney from another firm before.) He wasn't just great in prepping and filing my motion but also in court. For this particular situation in court I didn't even have to speak once. The judge wanted just the attorneys to present evidence/ concerns. Every time Jason spoke in court I felt confident and at ease. Jason knew my case thoroughly. He knew all of my concerns, and was able to present everything easily. I was amazed! Jason was very articulate, confidant, prepared, and just simply great! I also had Jason represent me for a civil case. The other party of a protection order tried to have it dropped. Jason not only had the motion retracted/dropped before it even went to court, but also had the other party mandated to pay attorneys fees. Jason is a kind, hard working professional, invested and engaged in my case, and is directly responsible for improving my family's quality of life. I am truly grateful that I have Jason to represent me. He is amazing! I would recommend him and any of the other Attorneys at Susan Fuller and Associates to anyone looking for legal help. They truly are the best, and I wish I had found them sooner!

I came to Susan Fuller & Associates for representation in a custody case for my daughters. After meeting with Susan and explaining my situation she introduced me to Jason Landress, who would be working on my case. Jason immediately made me confident that I would have the results I was looking to accomplish. Jason is an extremely capable attorney, and a very likeable person. During the span of the case he constantly kept in contact, explaining everything that what happening, or needed to happen, and to just get updates on how things were going in my life – I felt that he truly cared about me and my family. I’m not the easiest person to deal with at times, and as time passed I began to change my stances on the case. Although Jason provided the pros and cons to changing my position at the time, he was able to quickly come up with a new strategy.
