Needing a criminal defense lawyer from a state that I don’t reside in, I opened google, searched “lawyer in Colorado”, and choose the third option down which was Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C.. The soonest available lawyer happened to be Jason Landress. This seemingly random plan proved to be the best decision for my situation. During the initial interview with Jason, I felt alone, scared, and utterly hysterical. Jason changed that immediately. It’s impossible to place a monetary value on the level of care, relief, and emotional stability I immediately received from Jason Landress. His therapeutic approach was unexpected and exactly what I needed. Jason placed my mental stability above everything else. Continuing our conversation, Jason lifted the weight off my chest giving me perspective. With his attentive care, I was able to close a damaging chapter of my life and move forward as a better person. Whatever the outcome, Jason Landress gave me emotional relief, care, and perspective. I was and still am grateful for choosing him. Perhaps my initial process to find representation was not as random as I assumed. Jason lifted me up at my lowest and gave me hope. I would like to share my great amazing experience with Susan Fuller & Associates, P.C. law firm. We had involved in Juvenile incident and got charged with 2 minor crimes. We never got involved in or interfered with law and justice system so we as a parents kind of scared, confused and don't know how to proceed with mandatory summons in hand. We are not familiar with any law firms or don't know how to move proceed to engage a good lawyer to defend our case. We researched a lot and picked up Mr. James Ahern who works for Susan and Fuller Associates law firm in parker Colorado. He explained very clear step by step legal processes how to move forward. He gave us full confidence and assurance to defend this case with best of his experience. I felt like my fear is 75% gone after talking with him couple of times. He never said we are going to win the case during the entire process but only assured how best we can fight. I really appreciate his great personality for not giving any false hopes upfront. we got twice a pleaded guilty offers but we rejected and went for a trial as we are confident that we didn't do any crime and were looking for Justice. Mr. James really defended us in the court trial and proved us not guilty. His defending skills for his clients with proofs & cross-questioning in the court hall really highly impressive. I never imagined him as this powerful. Mr. James Ahern is such a great gentleman who is highly professional and friendly and on top of that he is very expert and completely dedicated in his work. Also I don't want to forget to mention that he is a good human being who understands client's feelings and emotions. It's not at all easy to defend this case as so many things and persons involved in this. Personally I don't think any great lawyers in Denver who could have saved us other than Mr. James Ahern. Hats off to you my man!! I wholeheartedly recommend to all to use his/his Firm services whenever necessary and I am confident that he never break your trust. It’s hard to measure my good review with just 5 stars on a google. When you’re dealing with a legal issue that is stressful beyond comprehension- you need peace of mind and people who know what they’re doing. James Ahern is insanely effective, smart, and knows what do when it comes to navigating the legal world. If you’re looking for representation and know you need the best, go with this firm.

I'm not the person to typically write a review on somewhere like this, but the situation warrants it without a doubt. Susan Fuller attorney, Jason Landress deserves the highest review possible. His professional and persistent approach shined through when I was going through some of my worst moments. Jason's approach to my defense case was better than I could have ever imagined. I was charged with a crime and because of Jason's superior attention to detail and legal expertise, the charges were completely dropped in my case! Now, I can't say that the outcome is guaranteed, but if anyone I know ever needed legal defense, you can be absolutely certain I would want them to be represented by Jason Landress. He is truly a great guy and takes your case to heart and is passionate about what he does and who he represents. Thank you for everything Jason Landress!

To thank Jason Landress is the absolute least I can do. I was involved in a rear end motor vehicle road rage accident, where I was falsely accused and ticketed. Jason was the only lawyer who said that he would try for the best case scenario. He was realistic with me and informed me that I may not receive the best case scenario but he would at least try. Every other lawyer stated that it would be unlikely for me to even come close to the best case scenario. Well, I decided to hire Jason. I am so happy I did, as he secured a full dismissal on my behalf! That's right a FULL DISMISSAL! I am a realistic person so I was not expecting this, even though I was not at fault. He was highly informative, and communicative. He was respectful at understanding that I had a previous TBI and information could be overwhelming for me at times. He is confident in his abilities for the specific case and will listen to and address your concerns. The office at Susan Fuller & Associates are absolutely wonderful as well given they are prompt with answering questions and will contact you back if they are unsure. I wish I could do more to thank them!

If it weren’t for James and Jen I would of been taken for granted by Workmen’s Comp. they assisted me all the way till the end. They were my voice when I was in a really bad car accident and they made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this firm to anyone that doesn’t want to be taken advantage of and wants someone to fight for them for what you deserve.

I was very very pleased to be represented by Susan fuller and associates. I was blessed to have Jason Landress as my Attorney as he got my case dismissed!!! I consulted around 10 other Attorneys, and I knew Jason was the best by far as everyone else could not guarantee the results Jason could. He walked me through every step of the way making me feel confident about my case. Having experience as a district attorney, Jason gave me insight into what the district attorney would most likely do and had the best strategy to beat the case. UPDATE Success! I wrote a review for Jason Landress back in June 2020 but wanted to take the time to share my outcome and sing his praises. Although it felt like eternity to me Jason encouraged me every step of the way and never gave up hope on the outcome we were hoping for. He took the time to to listen to my concerns and always had strong reasoning as to his line of thinking. Jason was very understanding and I appreciated his passion and sharp thinking. I am happy to report that my case was fully dismissed at the end of September 2020 after persistent conversations and emails with the DA. I highly recommend retaining Jason as your lawyer and I look forward to retaining him for my next steps with an APR. Human to Human June 25, 2020 Firstly I should say that I am just at the beginning of my case with Jason Landress as my representative and I have no idea what the outcome will be....regardless, I have been moved to write a review. The second thing I'd like to share is that I've only retained one other lawyer in my life but want to share the stark contrast between the two. My first lawyer I hired to help with figuring out a custody agreement, each time I spoke to that lawyer I felt as though I had to re-tell my story every single time we spoke. I would often question myself why I hired that lawyer and felt that he was just sucking my bank account dry. In June of 2020 I was desperately needing a lawyer and did a google search because that was the best place I could start. I believe there was something about "empathy" in the little summary for Susan Fuller & Associates, PC when google pulled up a list of possibilities. I decided to give them a call. I had my heart set on a female lawyer because I thought that a woman would understand me better. When I called I arranged a consult for that day with one of his female colleagues. Later that afternoon I received a call from Jason explaining that there was a discrepancy in the schedule and that the woman I was expecting to consult with wasn't available so Jason was there to start me off. He stayed on the phone with me for over two hours hearing my story, answering my questions, and being genuinely supportive and I hadn't even hired him yet! Jason is incredibly insightful and has a very good read on people. He told me exactly what I needed to hear. Not what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. I also appreciate that he has never been like a car salesman who will say anything to sell the car. One thing I've appreciated the most is that he didn't make me any promises and was very careful to not say anything if he wasn't 100% sure about. On a human level Jason is a good person, he strongly stands up for the truth of the matter but in a very intentional and calculated manner. I love that he often says "I am playing chess, not checkers". I have put my complete trust and faith in his work. I have appreciated not only how he has developed a connection with me but he also has taken the time to make connections with the other people involved in my case. Again, we are at just the beginning of my case and I feel so so confident that Jason has my best interest in mind. If you retain Jason Landress, you've made the right decision. I will always be referring him because it is so refreshing to feel a genuine human connection.
