I would not be where I was if it were not for James Munafo and Jen! I had a lawyer prior to them, and it was so complicated to try and get any information from them. When I talked with James and Jen they understood that I wanted to be told what was happening at all steps. The communication was perfect and I was impressed with how often I was contacted without having to initiate the conversations. I was with them during an overly emotional time for myself and Jen took the time to walk me through what was happening and what the next steps were. They are well versed in accidents and horrible insurance companies. I hope I never have to need their services again, but if I do I will absolutely come back.

If it weren’t for James and Jen I would of been taken for granted by Workmen’s Comp. they assisted me all the way till the end. They were my voice when I was in a really bad car accident and they made sure that I was taken care of.
