I would not be where I was if it were not for James Munafo and Jen! I had a lawyer prior to them, and it was so complicated to try and get any information from them. When I talked with James and Jen they understood that I wanted to be told what was happening at all steps. The communication was perfect and I was impressed with how often I was contacted without having to initiate the conversations. I was with them during an overly emotional time for myself and Jen took the time to walk me through what was happening and what the next steps were. They are well versed in accidents and horrible insurance companies. I hope I never have to need their services again, but if I do I will absolutely come back.

Although my case did not turn out in my favor, I have the fortitude to recognize excellence when I see it in action. My experience was a great one, aside from the stupidy that was handed down from the the police and D.A. James was Extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me in detail and helped me sail through my circumstances very favorably. His knowlege was invaluable to me and helped to keep me calm. Although I hope I never need thier services again, I would absolutely use them again and reccommend to everybody.
