Mariah and Rebecca are amazing. They really know their stuff. They diligantly work hard everyday on your case. They knew what was best for me and they would not settle for anything less than fair. You will not be disappointed They are phenomenal.

I have been working with Mariah for many years regarding a difficult child custody case. Mariah has always been very compassionate, professional and always had my best interest at heart for not only me but making sure for the best resolution for my kids. I am so thankful for having such an experienced and caring attorney to help me in my most stressful times of my life. I would highly recommend Mariah and Rebecca to anyone who needs a family attorney.

I hired Mariah partially because of the good reviews here. I would however caution against others doing the same. My case was very simple and she intentionally dragged things into long expensive war with my ex. She constantly battled my exes lawyer on things that didn't matter and ignored the only things I said were important. I think she ended up on the losing side of every exchange she had with my exes more experienced lawyer. She took what should have been an easy case and made it difficult and expensive and did irreparable damage to my relationship with my ex whom I am trying to remain civil with. Maybe it's simply the norm for lawyers in this field to care more about their own interests than the families that hire them but I feel like entrusting her with my case was a mistake.

Could not get answers as there was a conflict

Choosing the right legal representation is one of the most crucial decisions I've had to make. There is no room for trial and error because these situations will often be once in a lifetime. I needed someone that I could trust, attentive, and meticulous. I needed someone that would brilliantly and relentlessly pursue justice. I needed Mariah Dylla. She went to battle for me day in and day out for two years. It was never "another day in the office" with her. She was passionate about the outcome as I was. She was the help I needed when I needed it the most. She and her Dylla team including Rebecca Herrera (providing email after email, kept me informed, calls and text of details, reminders, and worked their butt off for me) treated me like family. I have been working with Mariah for over a year now. I have to say how amazing her and her team have been. Mariah has fought so hard for me and continues to do so. Mariah and her team are thorough, compassionate, and hard working. They know family law very well, and have walked me through everything every step of the way. They always answer my calls and emails no matter how many times I call with questions. I really could not recommend a better attorney. Today she got me a huge win.

I provided Mariah with a retainer and ended up filing everything needed myself! I asked for two things from my divorce as my children are grown. I wanted half of the equity in my home and half of his retirement money. After six months, I had neither. She pressed me to push my ex to get another job and pay support which I specifically said I did not want from him. One day she called to let me know I had run out of the retainer funds and would need to replenish it or complete the divorce myself! Fortunately, I was able to reach an agreement directly with my ex-husband at which time I filed everything myself. Mariah continued to file motions with the court and never returned any of the remaining funds to me. I am beyond disappointed because I feel she never intended to represent me and my needs! I do not recommend!

I can't express enough how wonderful of an attorney/advocate Mariah is for any case she takes on. She came in at a very complex time during our child custody case and was able to put together an impressive case for the Court to consider. She was attentive, thoughtful, strategic and ultimately always gave us her honest opinion. She fought hard for our case, and she is one of the few professionals that advocates for children, no matter what the outcome. You'd be crazy to hire anyone but her for your case, and I can't praise her enough for all the work and thought she put into our case.

Highly recommend! Mariah worked diligently from start to finish on my case. Not only did she help me understand each step and decision, she helped me to find my strength to secure what was best for myself and the kids.
