I provided Mariah with a retainer and ended up filing everything needed myself! I asked for two things from my divorce as my children are grown. I wanted half of the equity in my home and half of his retirement money. After six months, I had neither. She pressed me to push my ex to get another job and pay support which I specifically said I did not want from him. One day she called to let me know I had run out of the retainer funds and would need to replenish it or complete the divorce myself! Fortunately, I was able to reach an agreement directly with my ex-husband at which time I filed everything myself. Mariah continued to file motions with the court and never returned any of the remaining funds to me. I am beyond disappointed because I feel she never intended to represent me and my needs! I do not recommend!

I can't express enough how wonderful of an attorney/advocate Mariah is for any case she takes on. She came in at a very complex time during our child custody case and was able to put together an impressive case for the Court to consider. She was attentive, thoughtful, strategic and ultimately always gave us her honest opinion. She fought hard for our case, and she is one of the few professionals that advocates for children, no matter what the outcome. You'd be crazy to hire anyone but her for your case, and I can't praise her enough for all the work and thought she put into our case.

Mariah fought for myself and new born baby so we could legally escape abuse..She stood up for us every phase of the way. I resided 4 states away and Mariah made all the correct moves I needed to keep me from facing my abuser. I trusted her in every inch of my case. Ms. Dylla is an amazing lawyer. She's extremely professional, knows the legal system very well, and knows how the court perceives things and wants things done. When I first brought her my case she jumped right on it, giving me legal advice on what to do personally to show the court I was trying to work with my ex-husband as we were having a custody battle. She's very wise and careful on the decisions she makes within the case and stays on top of everything.
