Mr. Roberts billed without substantiation. Never had documentation ready at meetings was not updated on case and never resolved our case. Mr. Roberts charged us for his withdrawal of the case. Add insult to injury we were able to settle directly without his help for substantially less than original claim. Every awful stereotype given to attorney is represented in his practice. He is why attorneys have a bad reputation.
