I was tasked by Ms. Moligan to visit various properties around town (Portland , Oregon) to take photos. I qualify as disabled and needed supplemental income to help pay my bills. She paid me $200 per property visit and photos. I do not know what the photos are for, and I don’t care. She is helping me and others like me to pay our rent.

Having a difficult situation with a renter she offered excellent, accurate and timely advice. Attention to detail was paramount in my case and she shined through by covering all the bases. I highly recommend her as your attorney of choice for your business' legal needs.

I hired ms. molligan to execute a writ of garnishment the court had already granted me. I paid her $300 up front only to wait approximately 6 weeks to to get a check in the amount of $594. The amount owed was roughly $3500 plus her cost reimbursed to me. She failed me and when I reached out to question her lack of results she was always very rude to me with her tone of voice and lack of listening skills. Will not recommend jessica molligan

I have used her for my fiance ( now wife and step daughter) k1 visa and getting her permanent residency, in all cases I never had any bad experience with her.
