I would rate 0 if I could. My "attorney" never spoke to me. I had to call him and he would never answer. He was good about it the first few weeks. I only spoke to him 3 times during the 1 year process my case took. I was calling him 3 times a day for 6 months and he finally called back to say my case was finished after a year. My case finished in August and the debt collector called and said I was still in collections after 6 months because they did not send the money to the right place. I have since called my attorney 6 times a day for the past week and he has not answered! Do not go here. Sabine Oakland

I really liked my experience here. I appreciate everything they did for me.

I am highly disappointed with my experience with this law firm. After my initial consultation I received zero communication......unless I was the one who picked up the phone and called my attorney I wouldn't hear a peep from them.....in the middle of my case one of my attorneys bailed to go work for another law firm while the other attorney simply withdrew from my case.....i was passed around to different lawyers because evidently nobody wanted to handle my case because it wasn't "big money." This firm never fought to help me and in fact in order to get anything done I had to go over their heads and deal with the insurance company myself. And then I was lied to that they were making calls on my behalf and were working for me. Don't fall for the hype! Their commercials don't reflect who they really are. My entire experience was a joke.
