Hola buenas tardes en mi experiencia la firma de Aguirre las group son muy dedicados y eficientes en cada caso nunca te hasen sentir que estas solo yo me senti respaldado por ellos en todo momento. Mi caso tardo un año y medio y hoy tengo mi residencia. SE LOS RECOMIENDO 100% PROFECIONALES Y NO TE ROBAN TU DINERO SON MUY HONESTOS.

Hired about 2 years ago ... didn’t like Dario the first time I met him for the consultation but my husband wanted to hire him. They are a friendly group but just wasn’t doing what we needed them to do and at the speed we wanted, I admit we have tried a couple different paths for what we wanted done but again, the speed of their work was a problem for us. Paul was very short with me and actually hung up on me apparently because my case is not a money maker. What a complete jerk to behave like that to someone trying to deal with a hit and run that isn't their fault. Thanks for helping me figure out who I should call because I have never had to deal with an accident like this before.

BEWARE of Paul Stevens and his "legal assistant"!!! I came to Paul with a custody case and during my free consultation he told me that my case would be easy and very managable. Things went array when I called him a second time for a simple question and he was rude and said he's done answering questions because I hadn't hired him yet. So Paul told me he could get started on my case if I could pay half of the retainer fee of $750.00. I told him all the money I had goes towards my son and that it'd take me a week to get $750 from family and selling a few of my possessions. I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment and his legal assistant set it up for me to come in the next day on Friday. I was right on time for my appointment and paid Paul $750.00. He rushed me through a contract which he just scribbled his signiture and didn't have me sign anything which I thought was weird. Then right afterbI asked him the same question I called him on the phone about that he didn't answer. He told me he was to busy to answer any questions and that I have to come back Monday. I was uneasy about having to wait to find out anything but went ahead and waited until Monday. So when I met Paul and his legal assistant on Monday they both did a complete 180 and were both rude and disrespectful. They both made rude uncalled for comments about my job and about me being a single parent. He then told me that he wouldn't be able to help reach my goal and that all he can do is get me 50/50 joint custody even though I'm already the primary parent. I told him that this is my sons life at stake and that all of a sudden he's telling me that he can't get me anything more than 50/50. I walked out of his office 45 minutes later devastated and felt like I could have done better by myself. I went into his office the very next day and told him I no longer wanted his services and that we weren't on the same page at all. He got very defensive and angry and said I was making a mistake. I asked him for my retainer back for besides the 45 mins of his time and he then asked what I thought was a fair amount to get back. I told him it wasn't about what's fair its about what I owe him and asked him to calculate how much I owe him for 45 mins. He told me I owe him at least $500 and I told him to show me the contract and he told me no and to leave his office. He told me to send him an email dismissing him from my case and that he'll send me a check in 2-3 days. I never saw my contract or a itemized bill of his services and more importantly my money. HE STOLE $750 FROM ME! That money was for my son and it was all I had and they just kept it. These people are crooks! DON'T TRUST PAUL STEVENS! Horrible people!!!

Paul Stevens is a one of a kind in his profession. There are no words I can say to express the gratitude I have for Mr. Stevens. He is very passionate about his job as well as compassionate about his clients. He has been a detrimental part of my life and keeping my family together. Mr. Stevens is someone you definitely want in your corner.

So about 8 months ago I contacted Paul to represent my mother for a dui. Now my mom is a flight attendant so her job was At risk! Paul got my mom the minimum that Jefferson county allowed. I was so impressed I hired him to represent my now ex in a custody issue and he was AMAZING!! Now to me I screwed up and got a dui on April 7th I hired Paul to represent me! Then before I knew it my ex tried to take my daughter because of the dui!! To give you the long and the short I got the very minimum that the state allows for my dui and I just got ALL MY TIME BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER! Paul was AMAZING!! He stopped me from making some stupid mistakes and I am beyond greatful !! Thank you Paul!!!!!!

Paul is super affordable and helpful to boot. Karen is amazing at what she does as well. Paul helped settled my case quickly, on my terms and on a budget.

When calling for advice and explaining the situation I was in.... before I had even finish explaining I was rudely interupted and hung up on.. so confused as to what just happened???
