I am deeply grateful for the all the great work Mark did to get me out of my DUI situation. What should have been a routine traffic stop inexplicably turned into a completely unwarranted DUI among a handful of other charges that would have negatively impacted the course of my life especially given my innocence. I got ahold of Mark and he offered a very reasonable flat rate for my particular situation (for this area, no less) and he absolutely delivered. Of my 5 charges including the DUI, everything was dropped minus a minor traffic infraction and small fine. I highly recommend hiring Mark Rubinstein if you need legal representation. He is: a class act, knowledgeable, personable, and delivered a better result than I hoped for. I have never been in legal trouble before and trying to find a lawyer on short notice (less than 1 week) was not easy and full of anxiety. Being new to the area I didn’t have anyone I could turn to for suggestions so I searched online in Google and other websites that listed the lawyers in western Colorado. I made a list of 5 potential lawyers that represented the nature of my charge and called them leaving voicemails or messages with someone for a call back. I received 3 call backs and learned that I was not able to afford it and would be short by 1 to 3 grand. The first call back I received was from what seemed to be a popular lawyer in the area on google who wanted all the money in one payment, talked down to me, and wouldn’t be able to give me a consultation until the day of my first court date. Mark was the third lawyer I called and he returned my call within an hour, gave me a free consultation over the phone, and worked with me on payment by giving me a small discount and accepting multiple forms of payment. Mark explained everything clearly and reassured me which really made me feel better. He stated his goal for my case was to have the charge removed from my permanent record and by the end he delivered exactly that and more. His excellent communication, experience, and knowledge of the law are the reasons for our success.
