I have been treated with respect. I am frustrated some of my questions aren't fully answered ,but I understand why. They have been patient with me, in this regard. I, perhaps, am looking for a final chapter that hasn't been written, yet. I was pleasantly surprised by a follow-up phone call. They sound like they care. Being new to this arena, I do feel comfortable, and confident should I need to call.
