I contacted Mr Longtine from out of State to help me with filing an Equity Lien as part of a Divorce Judgment in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Adams County. Throughout the entire process Mr. Longtine was very professional, thorough, responsive and cost effective in the services provided. We had a slight misunderstanding on the scope of work but Mr Longtine responded in a most gracious way which is reflective of his work and professional ethics. We were referred to Chuck from a longtime family friend to handle a family estate matter and glad we decided to utilize his services. This is the first time we have had to deal with something like this which is pretty involved...Chuck took the time to explain everything in detail and has never hesitated to answer any question we may have in a timely fashion.
