Seriously if I could give 0 stars I would. When I started with this company, I was quoted 3-4 months for my credit to be repaired to where it needed to be to buy a house. That was a bold lie. I've since been informed they always quote this to sell you on joining their practice, but then when you call for an update they tell you "Oh, we can't quote timelines. It takes as long as it takes." Every time I tried to ask for an update I got runaround answers. Their automated system tells you they help educate you on how to repair your credit, but they never do. They tell you not to make any payments on anything so they can dispute it for you, but those will never come off your credit, not really. They don't set clear expectations for what they're doing when you go to cancel. They hang up on you if you're a little frustrated. This "law office" is a total joke. Don't waste your money.

I called in to Riverstone Law to get my credit score and to get and update on my account and I was greeted by Belinda Baardsen and she was EXTREMELY pleasant when she took my call. I literally smiled when she answered the phone. What a breath of fresh air! She was very knowledgeable and very quick at getting me exactly what I want. She even coached me up when I told her about my situation involving my vehicle which was totalled. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY happy with Belinda. I am a HUGE advocate for customer service and Belinda Baardsen far exceeded expectations. Thank you, Belinda!
