After reading the reviews I wish I would have spoke to Randy. I dealt with Mike and he was very pushy and rude. It made me want to cancel my account that much more.

Randy was extremely helpful and this company has been great. I have been with this program for several months now and they have helped me raise my credit over 50 points already. This is a great company and they already helped me accomplish my goal of refinancing my auto loan. I got my APR cut in half and my payments down. Great company! Make sure you do your part when you need to and they will help you succeed. UPDATE 8/4: I spoke with account specialist Luke today being I found myself in a situation where I am being sued for the debts I'm working on. Be aware that Riverstone can not help you if you are being sued for collections, you are on your own there, but they worked with me on lowering my payments to them and making a very stressful situation more manageable.

Today i was given a phone call by Randy Blea. I've been having issues with trying to cancel my account and been very frustrated with hassle. Randy called me and walked me through the steps to do a soft pull. He was very pleasant to speak with. He made me feel like i was important and I after speaking with him today I'm thinking about staying with the company. He has been the nicest person I've have spoken with at your company, you need more people like Randy. Thank you.
