Mr. Nichols represented me when I was in an auto accident that was the fault of the other driver. I've found him to be smart, responsive and kind. This wasn't a high dollar case. The other guy had a high risk minimum coverage policy. But Mr. Nichols never made me feel like I wasn't important. I feel he knew how important it was to me.
