Warning! Bait and Switch. Based on their reviews Weselis & Suchoparek appeared to be a reputable law firm so we contacted them regarding Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After providing them with all the information they requested Weselis & Suchoparek assured us our best option was indeed chapter 7 so we paid them the $1650 to move forward with the case. Once Weselis & Suchoparek received the money they told us we didn’t qualify for Chapter 7 and would have to go with a Chapter 13 and a repayment plan, the same type available through any credit counseling service. If Weselis & Suchoparek had been up front and honest with us we could have saved ourselves the money we should have put into bills and been much better off. If an honest opinion and straight forward answers matter I would recommend looking elsewhere.
