I've used Mr. Herr on 2 occasions in two different areas of law. I was very pleased with the outcome on both occasions. Mr. Herr kept me informed step by step and answered any and all questions I had. He handled both instances quickly and professionally and was able to navigate a outcome that was in my best interest. I would highly recommend Mr. Herr.

I was more then satisfied with all the assistance and legal help I received from Mr. Herr he help myself a business owner and single mom with a legal case that would have jeopardized my license and possibly practice's that I do daily. My outcome was completed in a quick but timely manner and we won the case. I also want to say it was more then affordable and the professionalism was outstanding.

Mr. Herr while in the employ of Harkness & Salter LLC listed himself as a general practice attorney with Hyatt Legal and through them I was referred to him for a personal injury case. He took my statement, had multiple conversations with us, contacted the insurance company, all without ever sending us a fee agreement to sign and then changed jobs, left us high and dry, referring back to Harkness & Salter. Mr. Salter agreed to talk to the insurance company to settle the claim and then stopped communicating with me. I am here with my husband who is working in Mongolia. He let the clock run out on my personal injury claim then at the last minute without counseling us about which court or liability limit we should file for, simply gave us a choice, and of course, not knowing, we made the wrong choice of liability limit, a limit that wouldn't' even have covered the attorney fees but he didn't tell us that he filed an extension hours before the deadline and told us to get another attorney. We consulted another attorney, this time a personal injury attorney who told us the liability limit "we agreed to" was not adequate and refused to take our case. So, now 12 times zones away I have until the 17th of Feb. to file a subpoena, with no attorney and a statute of limitations expiring 25 Feb. All because Eric lead us to believe he was able to handle a personal injury claim and to believe he was representing us then dropped us and disappeared without telling us that is what he was doing or telling us we should get a personal injury attorney. We have had to wake up at 5am many, many times to try to call before the close of business hours to reach them, only to be neglected, the same with e-mails. All Eric or Robert had to do us tell us immediately that they were bankruptcy attorneys and advise us to get a proper personal injury attorney but they didn't. This has been going on since January of 2011. I have experienced a lot of anxiety and a sense of helplessness at this distance trying to work with Eric Herr and then his referral back to Robert Salter, his former employer. Neither of them showed any concern or professionalism. They knew we were abroad, all they had to do was NOT lead us to believe they were going to do something for us but they didn't. Now it is too late.
