I called this firm because I needed information and assistance for my Mother's estate. Before I even got to ask a question, a female who answered the phone spewed off the fees obviously in an effort to say if you can't afford our rates we can't help you. I was disappointed that they didn't even take the time to hear why I had called. No, we don't have a war chest of money, but I was hoping for a little more empathy.

When I set up a trust through them and worked directly with Paul Czpeiga which was costly but efficient everything went smoothly when my father passed. This year (5 years later)my mother passed away and worked with Jeff Rivard and paid him over 3 thousand dollars and it should have been easy no assets involved. However it took much longer than I anticipated when I asked his assistant what was taking so long her response was I wish I had a"crystal ball" (and I wish I had one also after paying them )I called probate court directly only to find out it was ready for almost 3 weeks! The client has to notify them that it was completed?? Save your money $$$$ unless you work directly with Paul Czpeiga

For the most part they were awesome two lawyers in particular did not inform us of the correct way to do things with my father and mother's estate had to go to another lawyer to get it done correctly. They did however admit that they had done it wrong and adjusted our bill accordingly.

Very comfortable surrounding, great lawyers, especially Mr. Daley and his secretaries.

We utilized CDP&P to update our Last Will and Testament and supporting Health Care documents.Enjoyed working with Attorney Lynda Arnold.We established a very good working relationship with Attorney Arnold who is very clear, supportive and knowledgeable in preparing our documents.We would highly recommend CDP&P to any persons regarding legal advice and documentation.

We felt completely comfortable with their guidance and were impressed by their compassion and commitment to us. Brenden Daly helped us with a estate planning and arrangements with my father became ill after a few years my father passed away and then Mr. Daley helped us with the transition of all the legal paperwork associated with that, great service was on top of everything I’m glad they were there to help us through a tough time

My knowledge of this firm is trough association with Barbara Reynolds first then Lynda Arnold. My dealings with them were good because they are caring women with great knowledge and wisdom. I have recommended their services to a widowed friend and her experience has been the same.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in a whole variety of areas: home-care, estate planning, and specific Connecticut programs. He directed me also to the firm's website which had a trove of helpful information.
