If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer, David is definitely the right choice! David made my husband and I’s immigration process quick, stress-free and very manageable. The process was daunting, but as soon as we started working with David everything was smooth sailing. David is very professional and timely with his responses and with submitting documents. David has a great sense of humor and his warm personality makes you feel comfortable and well-guided during whatever the immigration process may be! My husband and I had a seamless, simple and completely positive experience that was all possible with the help of David!

David made my immigration process that I considered to be long, draining , stressful, rigorous to be easy, quick, and stress free. I believe this is a result of David being efficient at his job. When going through my immigration process he was able to meticulously describe each stop of the process,(identifying what i should/ should not expect ) from beginning to end . Also, when filing my documents to send to USCIS it was done in an organized , professional manner. Another reason I decided hire David to be my immigration attorney is that when interviewing other immigration attorney they made me feel like they were not invested or did not care about immigration status. The only thing that mattered was that I was able to pay all their fees (which were ridiculously high and unreasonable) . On the other hand, David immediately made me feel like he was invested in me being successful in my immigration process. Unlikely other attorney he made me feel like I was his first priority. Furthermore, his pricing was very reasonable and fair. For example, he did not charge me an initial consultation fee. Additionally, he granted me a mock interview before my interview with USCIS. I can honestly say that I would recommend David to anybody needing assistance with immigration. He is professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Also, I am very grateful for all his assistance in getting my green card. Furthermore, I will be seeking his assistance in obtaining my citizenship Thanks again David !!!!!!

David is a life & time saver! He is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he knows his stuff! My wife, Kaye, immigrated from the Philippines, we got married and David helped her (/us) through the Permanent Residence application process without any issues. He was always so attentive, he responded to my millions of emails and questions promptly (within a day as my questions usually came to me after business hours). Part of his retainer agreement was a mock-interview where he went through the various degrees of questions we could face, preparing us for the environment and detailing every step we could expect. We had a fairly easy process as we were meticulous over our paperwork, not wanting to leave anything to chance or interpretation, David encouraged and helped us through it all. My wife and I are extremely lucky and grateful to have David help with our application for a marriage-based green card. Most of the law offices that we first consulted with offered brief (~15-30 minutes) and non-gratis ($100-150) phone calls that felt rushed and non-thorough. On the other hand, our consultation with David was free, very detailed, and helped my wife and I to understand exactly what was needed for our case. I had my citizenship interview in March of this year, I answered two questions on my application incorrectly, but pass everything else at the actual interview. To my surprise a decision had to be made, this is when I googled immigration attorneys and found David Carvalho. I spoke with him over the phone and he took my case in hand, and though I have never met him in person but I must say that He's very professional, phenomenal, very helpful, honest, patient, very pleasant person to speak to when answering all of your questions or giving explanations.
