False advertisement. They do not handle in reality the type of cases their website says they do. Response to reply: Your office must not be very good at record keeping. Whomever spoke to us, the person who answered the phone, inquire as to the reason for the call and proceeded to state the office did not handle those type of cases, despite indicating to her that it was listed on your website. Response to reply: Bizarre reply.
