I worked with Charles on a zoning and land use issue. It involved an anabandoned roadway bisecting land that I had purchased for developement. We had previously worked with 2 other law firms on this same issue, but had gotten no results. Charles and his firm were able to cut through all of the red tape, address the issues at hand, and get us the results that were deserved. As a result, we will without doubt, continue to work with Charles on all of our future projects.
