I had purchased a bad piece of property in 2007 and after 10 years of living there could no longer make it work. The mortgage was 50k under water and I had no chance of selling. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy. I was referred to Ken Lenz and he really took an interest in my situation. Over the course of the next year Ken guided me through the short sale process, front to back, like the absolute newbie that I was to this situation.
