⚠️ Proceed with CAUTION! I've never been represented by this firm. I was represented by Attorney Matthew Dyer with States Attorney Jeffrey Lee and Judge Hillary B. Strackbein in or about 2009. I heard a lot of great things about Attorney Dyer, and I was ecstatic to believe I had awesome representation. Sadly, I noticed a huge shift in attitude, responsiveness, and attentiveness. When Attorney Dyer was present during my pre-sentence investigation interview, I started getting worried. During the interview, I felt like he wasn't interested in what I said. Furthermore, I felt like he was annoyed and probably felt like I was wasting his time. Although it was his responsibility to fight for me and defend me. The most significant thing is that Attorney Dyer failed me. This isn't a matter of belief, it's a matter of fact. When Judge Strackbein asked Attorney Dyer about the PSI record, he replied: “Well, Your Honor, the situation is what it is, and it's pretty callous!” I felt my chest sink to my stomach. It was mortifying. The good news is I'm in a better place and living a better life now. After completing my undergrad at Arizona State University, I'm now attending Amberton University for my graduate degree. 🗣 Attorney Dyer might have changed since he represented me, but his past is just as important. The lesson I've learned is to speak up if you see something suspicious. Ultimately, you are your own best advocate. For the record, my brother needs legal representation, but we’ll pass on this firm.

Pat Cooney was my attorney for an accident that I was in, in 2020. Pat was very easy to work with and was always pleasant. He handled my case with professionalism and fought hard to win my case. I would use this firm again!!

I chose Furey Donovan to represent me in closing on my first house. We got to close within 3 weeks of our offer being accepted!! Between my real estate agent going on vacation and other unforeseen circumstances, they made the process soo easy and Tim communicated with me the through the whole process on what I will need. As a first time home buyer he gave me great advice. I ended up performing the close with Matt Dyer who was extremely nice and thoroughly explained everything I was signing. He took his time and made sure I understood all the documents and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be using Furey Donovan any future endeavors!
