Michelle was working for Prue law and in the middle of my child support case she stopped contacting me at all. I was notified that without notice to me she had left their law group and abandoned my case after taking a 2100$ retainer. She never processed any of the paperwork with CT and left me stranded with the majority of my retainer used up. Prune law gave back what wasn’t used however it was beyond unprofessional of Michelle.

When meeting with Michelle Figfridson she is very on point then this Attorney never returned phone calls. Tried emails with no response. This happened for weeks. Could not be bothered with my case. Did not update information. She also billed hours for work not done.
