Seeking legal counsel was a daunting task for me when I had my accident - not knowing who to call for help. After performing my research on various law firms, I contacted Bartlett & Grippe explaining my situation. This firm chose to accept my (what I considered to be) a small case for a serious foot injury. I worked with both Frank and Joe who not only empathized with my situation, but thought that helping me was more important than the money they would receive from my case. Joe's quick response to filing motions on my behalf was gratifying for me and was very prompt and thorough in all his explanations to the court. After a few years, Joe was able to present an offer just before the trial proceedings and the other party settled which satisfied both parties. The settlement offer was considered "very good" for my type of case/injury and I never thought I would have received the representation from a better law firm - not only are their knowledge of the law which is to be commended, but their many years of experience dealing with cases such as mine and the care they showed can't be expressed enough. I truly am thankful for Frank and Joe's efforts and would recommend them without hesitation!
