Attorney Bartlett is a truly gifted lawyer with an extraordinary mind. As a past client told me about Attorney Bartlett, “he’s a true artist in the courtroom”. She was right, his ability to break down the other side’s expert witnesses on the stand is something to behold. His amazing recall of depositions taken ages ago and his line of questioning allowed him to trap and discredit their witness. During closing arguments, he smoothly recalled countless facts and details for over an hour in front of the jury without referring to notes. He made the jury laugh with him, and he brought them to tears. This is an exceptional person. Words can’t express my appreciation for everything he’s done.

This is my first ever review of anything. I know how much effort and research I put in to finding the right attorney and I thought this review might help someone else. I found recommendations from lawyer’s clients that you actually know are the most useful, followed by client reviews, recommendations from other lawyers, lawyer’s websites, lawyer rating services online, and the least useful are attorney advertisements. Look at or ask about the attorney's experience with your type of case and their past results. The best lawyers specialize in certain types of law. In other words, never use your real estate lawyer to handle a sexual abuse suit just because you’re friends with him. I narrowed down my list of candidates and talked to several lawyers before talking to my clear first choice, Attorney Bartlett. After one conversation, I knew he was who I wanted on my side. I was initially concerned that his firm’s offices were half way across the state, but this did not end up being an issue at all with today’s technology. If you are looking for a brilliant legal mind and a great person, Frank Bartlett is your man. I was very lucky to have him as my attorney for a long and complex case. I hired Bartlett Burns for a personal injury case, and am thankful that I did. After being turned down by a few other lawyers because “I had a weak case”, Bartlett Burns took the time to listen and showed me how I indeed had a case, it wasn't an easy one, but they assured me they would work diligently to get me the compensation I deserved. I have the pleasure of writing this letter about Attorney Frank Bartlett. By Gods guidance, Attorney Bartlett was sent into my life due to a tragedy of a fire which left me and my disabled daughter homeless and penniless. He became our lawyer for a suit against the owners of an apartment complex that burned down. In my dealings with Attorney Frank Bartlett, I see him as a light of comfort, a caring counsel who gives strength to his client to carry on during the long journy of "waiting" through the court procedures until the case is won. When you call him with questions he gives you a complete answer to your legal inquiry and never does he rush you through the phone conversation until he knows that you understand his explanations. Should there be a question that cannot be immediately answered, he always will call back with the answer. From my observation I would say that he is a "hawk" of a good detective. This trait is rare in my opinion in today's world. This is a fine man I think capable of riding up the ladder of success as far as it goes and may God hold his hand in his doing so. I am blessed not only knowing him as my lawyer, but also knowing him as a person who I feel I can trust and rely on.

Frank constantly updated me on the status of my case when me and my wife were rear ended a year ago, he worked hard and handled everything smoothly. I would recommend his services to anyone.
