Can't say enough good words about how helpful Atty Mancuso was in selling my property. Everything about the sale was a nightmare. Nick showed tremendous patience through a very aggravating process with a difficult buyer and got us over the finish line! If you want your house to close properly, find someone else to do it. I'm being tracked down 2 months after closing my house to pay this office back $2,000 because they prepared documents incorrectly. There are way too many other options to even risk working with this office. Talk about a great surprise as the holidays approach to learn you need to come up with a $2k check unexpectedly and he says "we need to arrange to get this back immediately" as if it were my fault. Absolutely insane.
