Does not communicate well. Rude. Did not conduct our title search properly which led us to paying the seller of our houses tax. Nick cannot seem to be bothered with returning voicemails and when he does he’s rude. Do not recommend at all.

We used Nicholas Mancuso as our closing attorney for both the purchase and sale of our home (2 years apart). Both experiences were great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again. Nick is a great guy, very friendly and professional. He and his team took care of paperwork efficiently and made everything come together right on time. I would not hesitate to give him my business again. Way to go Nick!
