When you're closing on your very first house, you don't know what you're doing (at least I didn't it!) and that's when you most need expert legal advice you can trust. Liam was there before, during, and after my closing to ensure not only that I understood each step of the closing process, but how each decision (e.g., setting up an escrow account, etc.) would affect my mortgage payment. On my own, I was truly flying blind as I had never been through the process before. Now, thanks to Liam, I am a happy homeowner.

I contacted Attorney Glynn to update my will. He was a pleasure to work with and took careful notes of all of the important issues with my will. When the work was complete he sat down with me and explained every detail of each paragraph of the will, so I had a good understanding of it's contents. It is an important document and he made me very comfortable when it was complete. I will definately be in touch with him again, should it need to update my will again or if I have any legal needs.
