He explains the court proceedings. He is not only a lawyer he is a friend .

Bill Donaldson has been my personal and company lawyer for over 10 years, I trust him completely. In one of my company cases he negotiated a tremendous reduction from the amount a workmen's comp insurance carrier said the company owed and got a very relaxed payment schedule for the remainder amount. In another case he recommended that I cooperate fully with an investigation into one of my employees which resulted in no action being taken against the company.
