I have used Tim Butler's legal services for over 10 years. He brings a broad range of legal expertise that includes litigation/arbitration, business contract design and interpretation, and employee relations. Over the years he has provided ongoing guidance and legal advice that have resulted in the successful resolution of many business related issues. He takes the time to investigate issues upfront and does not always use litgation as the means to resolve business issues. He remains mindful of the cost implications of taking legal action but never at the expense of service and qulaity of legal advice. His negotation skills are exceptional. He is very responsive and completely trustworthy. His integrity is without question. I highly recommend Tim. We hired Tim and his firm to help on a managed care dispute where we felt we were owed a significant amount of money and were having difficulties resolving it independently.
