I always hear about people/ businesses filing for bankruptcy and would always think of it as someone beating the system......that is untill it happened to me. Job loss and health issues within my family, brought my wife and I to a place where monthly bills such as mortgage, cars, credit cards and "the surprise expenses" along the way (that were once handled with ease) had become impossible to pay. Bankruptcy is a difficult decision as it is, the last thing i needed was an attorney that made me feel worse about it, which is how i felt after meeting with 3 different attorneys to discuss my issues.
