Never having gone through a process to get an insurance company to pay for the damages owed in an auto accident I was feeling a little lost on how to take any action. After reaching out to the team here I immediately felt comfortable that they would not only be able to help, but also educate and keep me informed throughout. Outside of providing some documentation early on, the entire process was managed entirely by the team. They provided regular text and app updates, periodic phone updates, and as we got closer to a settlement looked for my input on what I was comfortable with. At the end of the day this team did everything in a very professional and transparent way which ultimately resulted in a settlement that met our expectations. I’d highly recommend them for your legal needs.
