A few years ago my wife and I, who are both in our eighties, were involved in a motor vehicle accident that was not our fault. Our physical injuries were not severe but the emotional impact forced a radical change in our recreational lifestyle, principally hour long drives and lunch. The insurance company's offer was woefully inadequate. We hired Attorney Andrew Garza who negotiated a very satisfactory settlement for us considering our unwillingness to go to trial. I highly recommend Mr McKean to be your Attorney. He is very knowledgeable and will think outside the box for your case. He explains all the options you may have and ones he thinks may work but leaves it to you to decide what you want to do. I have had Attorneys in the past that I felt took cases personally and that is not the cas here. I felt he helped me because he wanted to help. Great Man and Attorney.
