I hired Atty. Emerson for an international Family Law case in Connecticut. He did a great research on the difference between the two countries family law and whether the US court should provide any deference to a possible similar action, that might be filed abroad at the same time. Four months down the road the case is still pending. I will write some more when everything is said and done.
