Steve helped us update our estate planning. What impressed me the most is that he was a good listener. He was attentive to our specific concerns and guided us through the murky process so that we understood our options and could plan accordingly. I highly recommend this practice for estate planning. My wife and I worked with Steve to draw up our wills. We found him very easy to work with. He is professional, responsive, and likable. Steve was able to explain all the legal terms in language we could understand. He was patient with our many questions. Throughout the process we felt that he was looking out for our best interests and was able to explain the pros and cons of different courses of action. We were very satisfied with the end result and plan to use Steve as our regular attorney. We trust him and enjoy working with him.

Understanding legalities of wills, probate, advanced directives, etc can be daunting for anyone. Our first step in shedding light into these important documents, was in speaking with Steve Basche. Steve is incredibly patient and happy to go over details as many times as it takes to truly understand.
