Im just at a loss with moving into a newly purchased home and within two weeks I am having to replace the septic tank. Not sure where the oversight is but I struggle wrapping my head around it being all my financial responsibility, Who protects the customer?

Went for change of names on will which this office had previously written for me. $300 for a name change and when I went to sign, the name was wrong. I do trust this office, but thought this price was a bit steep for a computer generated name change and a 10 min signing.
