My husband and I used Kane, Hartley, & Kane recently to buy a house. Being that it was our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions. Attorney Apanovitch and the team of paralegals were very patient with us and clearly communicated all the details of the process. Thomas has taken care of all of our legal needs for years. We have sold and bought houses with him, had our will drawn up by him, and have had him and his associates help us with several power of attorney situations. Thomas has been extremely efficient with all he has done. Documents are always completed on time, meeting are always professional and well organized, and his demeanor is always kind and friendly. Recently my wife and I decided to draft wills, and being residents of Glastonbury, we truly wanted to choose a firm we knew we could trust. After my first phone conversation with Austin, one of the attorneys and Kane Hartley & Kane, my wife and I immediatley felt comfortbale and excited to get the process underway. Austin seamlessly guided us through the stages of will planning step-by-step so that we thoroughly understood every aspect of not only the process, but the impacts of our decisions with regards to our wills. Not only was Austin and the entire firm a pleasure to work with, but given these uncertain times during COVID, the office was accomodating and flexible regarding meetings and will revisions leading up to the final will-signing. The firm is clearly set up and ready to accomodate any client who prefers virtual meetings due to COVID or safe, in-person meetings adhering to guidelines to make everyone feel comfortable. Lastly, the staff and Austin alike, were so easy to correspond with, answering emails, phone calls and questions within a business day or less in our experience. It was a pleasure to work with Kane, Hartley & Kane and my wife and I would gladly do so again in the future.

I would absolutely use this firm again and recommend them any time. Austin was extremely responsive and even accommodated our schedule by having an after hours zoom meeting to go over all our closing paperwork with us. Great group of people!
