Tom made the process easy, and also fun. He was a pleasure to talk to and explained everything very well. I was a first time home buyer so most of the terminology was foreign to me, and he did an excellent job making me trust everything that I was signing. My fiance and I really enjoyed his small jokes that he threw in throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services!

Tom and Patricia are very easy to work with! I sold my house while living out of state and they made everything simple for me - always working around my schedule. Tom has also done a lot of child custody work for me in the past and I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail.

I was referred by a close friend. and I used Tommy as my settlement agent and had the closing at this office. The closing was performed in about 45 minutes, quick, concise and to the point. Do your homework ahead of time and discuss expectations and you too can close in record time. Highly recommended and his paralegal Patricia was great as well.
