Tom is extremely knowledgeable and has the rare skill of being able to dumb down complicated legal things in plain English so you walk out of the meeting with a solid grasp of where you stand and what you need to do next. This was especially important for my wife and I, who were writing a will for the first time. His team (Beth & Dawn) are also fantastic - communication and scheduling meetings were a breeze!
