I arrived at a settlement conference for a contempt of alimony post-judgment concern. The defendant, my ex-spouse seemed to be taking on a script my his attorney- Posmetier, my ex made sweet talk and Eric barked, “ you don’t owe her anything!” My attorney and I had already pointed out a substantial amount owed, not by opinion but according to the separation agreement.
