In a child custody case, Lori was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved. She listened and advocated for what I wanted for my child. Very responsive and empathetic to the case. She makes you feel like a team while working together. I would rehire in a heartbeat and strongly recommend The Bartinik Law Firm to anyone who is dealing with any matter regarding family relations.

My only experience with the law has been for property transactions and Probate court. I was extremely nervous walking into and testifying in a courtroom. I worked as a high level manager and led many meetings but I was not prepared for the emotional and intimidation of a courtroom. Lori walked me through the process and reassured me of the outcome. She was extremely quick in responding to my crisis when I reached out to her on a weekend. She met with me immediately on a Monday and proceeded to work on my case. I lost many nights worrying about the outcome but thanks to her should be OK with the final monetary settlement going forward.

We recently used Attorney Lori Bartinik for our Family Matters case. Absolutely fantastic and our children got the best results possible. I want to add a close family member, who I deeply trust, had used Attorney Peter Bartinik to represent him during a case he needed handled. This was some time ago and he is still praising the assistance Attorney Peter Bartinik had provided and the results he achieved. This is a power duo who should be considered first for any law needs.

Attorney Lori Bartinik takes care of business. This attorney's professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic is incomparable. She keeps you in reality and does not sell you an unattainable solution. Your money is taken seriously when working with this attorney, every hour paid is used to it's full capacity. Occasional check-ins to ensure our financial situation which at no point felt like her work towards our case depended on how much we could afford after the retainer. She is pure guidance in the extremely stressful and unsure world of Family Court. Our family matters case, as is for most, was extremely important and our children's family stability would have surely been shook had it not been for Attorney Bartinik. She was able to work our case without demeaning the co-parent that had filed. This has outstanding results because we were able to leave after several hearings with a new foundation laid for our children's family unit. I am highly recommending this attorney and I would not think twice to rehire! However, I feel I may never have to because of her performance in the court room. Hire her.

Lori was a Great Lawer!! I used her services from March to December and was pleased the entire time. She would regularly tell what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear and how likely I was to be able to win these things. She put in significant work for me and was able to get me much more time with my daughter than I was expecting and hoping for, also her aggressive negations saved me tens of thousands of dollars that could have gone to my ex-wife. I recommend her for anyone that is dealing with a divorce or any of the unpleasant things that come along with it!

Lori was very helpful in converting my separation to a divorce. She communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. She was thorough with all of the details, was upfront on any obstacles that came up during the process, and explained well what was needed to move past them in order to finalize the divorce.

Where do I start? Well let’s start with Lori Bartinik is the most despicable Embarrassment of an attorney that I have ever met. This so-called attorney was always unprepared for court, rude to the point where our families jaws dropped. She was rude, condescending and disrespectful to her client. At times swearing and sticking her finger in her client’s face. This behavior is totally out of line!! (Narcissistic?) At one point during the child custody portion of the court case she actually asked her client (the child’s mother) if she knew what a CONDOM was! This was in front of 6 witnesses including her clients parents. Let’s talk about the outrageous billing. This woman showed very little for her work, and actually somehow forgot about a second $5000 retainer she was given! How could that happen? This was done in front of witnesses. Her performance does not justify her inflated billing! This so called law firm, works out of Starbucks coffeehouse and the local library. This attorney or should I say “Gaslighter” has no clue how to bill properly or represent her clients in their best interest. When she was fired, she went back to her laptop and again inflated another bill. I want everyone who has dealt with this kind of incompetence to know about the Grievance procedure, which can be found on the judicial website: form JD-GC-006. It’s time to show them they don’t have a license to steal from their clients. One star is a gift, I rate her a great big ( F ) for Failure!!! ( so funny after my review, she has so many more reviews coming in! ) can’t trust this woman. Who’s kidding who

Her communication is horrible and when you hold her to her obligations, she jumps saying I'm over critical and adversarial. As a black woman that is a red flag. And when she tried to entice me to hit on her husband. Her insecurities were projecting throughout our every meeting. She was barely present with me in the court proceedings. Just threatened by me for no reason. Even my child father's lawyer was irritated with her. Disappointed but I'm not surprised. If I were a white woman she would have treated me with much more respect truthfully from the beginning.
