I suffered a life changing slip and fall in a parking lot that was not properly maintained during icy conditions and I needed to have back surgery as a result. I contacted McCoy & McCoy and was treated with such compassion. My main contact person was Jessica. She was always available to listen and guided me through the whole process. I am beyond pleased with my decision and outcome.
