I initially spoke to Eliza during our long intake interview. I explained to her that I wanted to meet with my attorney at least once face to face. She told me that this would be possible. A week or more later, once I tracked down my case manager, he could not guarantee I would be able to meet face to face as I requested. He then sent me me a haphazardly typed list of information that he needed from me. I thought he would at least send forms, and I fill in the blanks, but no, I developed my own spreadsheets. But before I started the work that he required of me, I realized that I was paying for his services. I fired this firm and was able to hire another firm that met all of my needs, and the new firm made the laborious paperwork tasks that I once had extremely enjoyable 😉!!!!!

She was very respectful and explained everything in great detail and made me feel very confident Eliza is a great person to speak to about your case.
