I had a difficult case to try and win a good outcome for. With a history and a lot of obstacles working against me, I asked Cara for an outcome that I really didn’t believe was possible. Retained and used Atty Gerace a few years back. He fought a two year mandatory sentence on my behalf. I fully expected to receive a sentence and probation on this particular charge that Connecticut and the rest of the Blue states are very sensitive about. After about 11 months of appearances, Atty Gerace convinced the court to have my charges dropped - again, charges that carried mandatory jail time. He worked out a diversionary program deal and my charges were dismissed. I didn’t receive any punishment, and I even avoided probation. I walked.
