They get you money when you are injured

I am a paralegal in the pre litigation department at Trantolo & Trantolo. I talk to clients everyday who have suffered an injury and do my very best to help them thru a very difficult time. After slipping and falling on ice due to the negligence of someone else, I understand more on a personal level what my client go thru. Every day is a struggle. Being in pain and having to go to therapy, doctors appointments and yet still go to work and manage your personal life is extremely difficult. Ann and Chris both have been there for me every step. They have been extremely caring

I wrote a VERY negative review about a nearly disastrous workmans comp experience with this firm in 2016, where-in I fired the firm and retained a firm that CARED, and saved my case from being 'lost' by this firms inattentiveness and 'uncaring attitude'.. The only good experience was with my now former SSD Attorney, who ultimately left this firm. I removed my 'negative review' months later ( upon the request of that former SSD Attorney ) when T & T cry babied to him and asked him to ask me to remove it. Now I am RE-POSTING it! Why? Because T & T and in particular, the 'office manager' ( or whatever he is ) will NOT stop sending me their 'newsletters' etc- DESPITE my asking them to every time I ask via e-mail response to their UNWANTED e-mails. So: Here is my review of late summer 2016 re-posted: Terrible Law Firm!! And I don't mean everyone in it- I had a spectacular SSD Attorney who's 2 paralegals were 'the best! My Workmans Comp Atty, I feel took NO interest in my case, NEVER found time to ever MEET me nor talk in any detail about my case, ( met the guy many months later- at a deposition 10 seconds before it started ) and apparently, an 'office manager' ( Mr. Chicken )who spoke with me ( even agreeing 'something here not working?? ) was supposed to talk with the owner 'Keith Trantolo' and get back to me. Nobody did. Instead I end up with a Form 36 from Workmans Comp stating 'you have ignored a deposition and in 15 days will lose all rights to any current ( I had none ) or FUTURE claim!??' At the first deposition months earlier, I HEARD the opposing Atty tell my lawyer 'we can continue this deposition as it's already noon.. I'll send you several dates next week for your client to choose from'.. NEVER hear a damned thing- from anyone! Luckily, after research on-line about 'ascertaining if an Attorney is working in your best interest' and discovering he was NOT, I was already in the process of obtaining a PROFESSIONALLY ACTING firm who has STOPPED the Form 36 action ( I feel received due to inactivity and/or negligence by my now 'former' Attorney/Law Firm- and they have already proven to me- THEY CARE. My case was not about a worn elbow joint and temporary disability. Due to a negligent/dangerous work order from my employer, I suffered a MAJOR life-altering injury and are now at 'high risk' of sudden cardiac arrest! Was I treated as a 'member of the family like the commercials state? Hell No!! Instead, I feel very bitter toward this firms owner and the lawyer and his paralegal as well as their office manager who did NOT keep his word and at least get back to me! I plan to post my story in far more detail on-line and in reviews for this 'travesty' I've gone through with this firm. I feel sorry for the people who work for this firm who DO care! These types of negative reviews, unfortunately hurts everyone, however unintentional.. My case is a FULL PROOF, DOCTOR SUPPORTED case Trantolo & Trantolo. SOME of you people are either just 'ambulance chasers, LAZY, or uncaring or any combination of these things. Now when I see or hear your commercials? I laugh!! I carefully documented everything that occurred with this Law Firm to back up what I say here ( and more ) 1000%!

Ken worked continuously on my case and never gave up. Any case is never easy but he made it seem like a piece of cake. He explained everything to me step by step making sure I knew all the details beginning to the end. I'm extremely satisfied with the results of me case and couldnt imagine doing that without his help!

Attorney Namnoum recently represented me in a motor vehicle accident. It was one of the best experiences I couldve hoped for. Usually situations like this can be complicated and stressful but Ken made it just the opposite. He is incredibly concise and intelligent in every facet of personal injury down the nitty gritty medical aspect. I wanted an Attorney that was personal and fought for me. Ken did just that and got me the result I was looking for a year after my accident. Not once was I worried or troubled by anything going on, Ken making it easy every step of the way. I have used namnoon twice so far and I give him two thumbs up he's the best he works with u through ur schedule and he try his best when u want fast survice or slow service
